#23 The End Yay!!

This was a definitely a learning experience for me. There is so much going on out there in cyberspace that could blow your mind if you tried to keep up. This whole Learning 2.0 thing was just great for me as it took me to places I would not have known about otherwise.
A couple of my favoutied sites would have to be flickr and youtube as there are heaps of weird and wonderful things to see. Then there was the challenge of putting the Rollyo search icon onto the Blog page, note I didn't succeed with the youtube move... One last go at downloading some old phots that don't have a home..whoops! did the same one twice...typical

#22 Audio books

have had a play with the ebooks site: http://worldebookfair.com/Mp3eBooks.htm Had a look at a couple of titles but found it confusing when I went to listen to the book I wasn't sure how to download them, although I will persevere

#21 Podcasts, smodcasts!

What a place to get side tracked! After begining a search for book reviews I then found myself in another place altogether. The 3 search areas such as podcastalley.com were very US based in their content, so some of the poems and books I searched for had no finds. I did find an area that allows you to hear tracks from an album although it cost 6.99 us dollars to hear the whole album. No doubt there could be uses in the library setting, such as what we are learing at the moment where each new subject has a podcast to listen to which explains the area we are looking at. (make sense??)

#19 Discovering Web2.0 Tools

I was very impressed with the amount of "tools" available to use, one which I really thought a very good idea was http://www.lulu.com which allows "online authors" to publish there works in an online format. Another useful tool was http://www.biblio.com which we use quite a bit in the library, as a search tool when trying to find that elusive item. Therer were so many choices I only skimmed the surface in my exploration of there 'tools'

#15 Library 2.0,and Web 2.0

ARGH!!!! I read thru as much of the info on Libraries and their perspectives on 2.0 etc.as I could manage. Again I found the Youtube video the most informative as I am a visual person (does that make sense??) I know we have to keep up with the times as we are trying to do with our Learning 2.0 excercises, but we still have the little old ladies who only want a sweet story to take to bed with them after all...

#14 Technorati

have just had a look at Technorati and searched for Learning 2.0 as suggested. Of course every Blog with the word Learning came up! It was amazing to see how many and varied the Blogs were, I tried a couple of other searches and became completely sidetracked...
